I was finally able to successfully complete and submit my verification through your partner, iDenfy, on 12/04/2025 04:50 PM. I received the “Thank you, Your information has been submitted” confirmation screen.
The issue is:

Despite the successful submission, my Mulerun account dashboard is still prompting me to verify or start the process again.

The verification status has not updated from the previous pending state, and this delay is impacting my creator access.
This is the second time I am facing a significant delay, as my initial verification attempt was stuck in ‘Reviewing’ for over a week.
Could you please manually check the final status received from iDenfy for my account and ensure the dashboard is immediately updated to reflect the successful verification?
